    Travers brings a calm, considered approach to complex development challenges. With more than 15 years’ experience across large-scale urban renewal projects, he understands the realities of managing long-dated, multi-stakeholder sites — and how to get things moving.

    He excels on strategy, remediation, infrastructure, and planning, drawing on a track record of navigating local and state government processes to unlock major infill opportunities.

  • Zak Stockley

    DIRECTOR

    Zak specialises in project ideation, feasibility assessment, capital structuring and execution.

    He has a diverse background spanning construction, development and corporate strategy roles at Lendlease to more recently leading the Glenvill Developments business through a period of growth and a significant pipeline of urban infill projects including Yarrabend in Alphington.

    Zak enjoys filtering complex problems through commercial logic and grassroots market knowledge to provide clients with real insight they can act on.
