He leads on strategy, remediation, infrastructure, and planning, drawing on a track record of navigating local and state government processes to unlock major infill opportunities.

DIRECTOR

Zak is a commercially minded operator who knows how to drive projects forward without losing sight of the bigger picture. He began his career at Lendlease, gaining experience across project delivery, acquisitions, strategy, and finance, before stepping into executive leadership.

As former Head of Glenvill Developments, Zak led a pipeline of over $1.8 billion, shaping projects from acquisition through to completion. His strengths lie in capital structuring, operational governance, and development strategy.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Zach brings a strong analytical lens to everything we do. With a background in property valuation and market research, he offers detailed insight into project feasibility, risk, and performance.

Prior to joining NS Advisory, Zach worked at Charter Keck Cramer across a wide range of residential project types, building a deep understanding of market dynamics and development fundamentals. Today, he supports delivery across our advisory projects and plays an active role in the execution of developments under our Facet brand.
